As of May 1st, 2023, for strategic reasons, we divested the business area related to our TRAIN products in Johs. Pedersen a/s to Artex AB in Sweden, the leading company in this field in the Nordic region
The company continues after the acquisition as Johs. Pedersen TRAIN a/s, now as a Danish subsidiary of Artex AB, Sweden.
At the same time, a close and exclusive partnership agreement has been established between Johs. Pedersen a/s and Johs. Pedersen TRAIN a/s, where Johs. Pedersen holds an exclusive agreement to produce a wide range of spare parts for the railway industry.
